This new large well maintained villa is in the quiet location of the Montgo natural park,
the villa is situated close to family beaches, and is just a short drive to the local shops, bars and restaurants. The villa is located in Denia between Alicante and Valencia and close to both airports.
Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Vergel Safari Park and Benidorm are a 40 min drive from the villa.
Bullfights are held at Ondara 8km from Denia. Ibiza and Majorca ferries leave Denia twice daily.
Local Fiestas are on 19th March, 15th July and 14/15/16th August. This well maintained attached Villa is set in an extra large plot shared with the owners villa. Denia has a new marina which is a short drive from the villa.
Denia has 12km of safe sandy beaches. We are very sorry we dont accept animals.

First Floor.

This large bedroom has a 5ft + double bed with en-suite shower and toilet. The bedroom is fully air conditioned. The double French windows open onto a large balcony which has views to the Montgo mountains. Also in the bedroom is a small fridge and a tv with dvd player.

This has a three piece suite with a sofa bed. The living room has open plan dining area and a complete fitted kitchen. This ground floor also has air conditioning. The new 27'' tv has channels in English, German and Spanish. There is also a dvd player.
The large bathroom is between the livingroom and the double bedroom.
Swimming Pool and Terrace.

This private pool is for the sole use of the clients. The pool is 40ft X 20ft and has a ladder and Roman steps.

The terrace area is always in the sun and has a BBQ with seating for six.

More about the villa.

The villa has two lock up garages, there is a laundry room with washing machine. Good quality bed linen and towels are supplied each week.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
