The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms (one en suite) and the family bathroom. Terraces front and rear can be accessed from the bedrooms

On the ground floor is the 3rd bedroom together with shower room. There is a separate lounge and dining area together with a well appointed kitchen

It benefits from having open views to the front (with fountains and golf course views) and rear (looking out over orange groves). The villa is ideal for both the energetic type and for those who just want to laze. The onsite golf course and other amenities are only 5 minutes walk, or you can relax on the sun loungers, or in the heated private pool with the aroma of orange blossom.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is the first of the prestigious Polaris World resorts. It is a 5* fully serviced resort with a luxury hotel, Owners Club which all renters can use, together with restaurant, bar, supermarket. The onsite golf course currently 9 holes but due to be extended to 18 has been designed by Dave Thomas (of The Belfry fame) and is a great test for all levels of golfers.

A 5 minute drive takes you to Los Alcazares situated on the edge of the Mar Menor (small sea) with fabulous clean safe beaches, together with bars, restaurants and numerous shops.
